How do I find out more about MPA?

MPA's application and enrollment process

1. For your convenience, please click on the Information Form link at the end of this paragraph.  You can request more information about specific programs and instantly be emailed MPA's information packet that includes tuition, financial aid and admissions information. (Or, you may call us. We will be happy to mail you a packet. )

2. After reviewing the information, please call Montessori Private Academy at 815-332-8101 to schedule a parent tour.  Tours are scheduled when school is in session. It is important for prospective parents to see a Montessori classroom in action-- with students actively engaged in learning and using Montessori materials.  Parent tours are approximately an hour in length, with plenty of time for questions. 

3. Once parents have visited and determined they would like to enroll their child at MPA an application with a $50 non-refundable application fee needs to be submitted.  The final step is to schedule a time for your child to visit in a classroom.

4. The length of the visit is determined by your child’s age.   While your child visits in a classroom, we may be able to arrange an opportunity for you to observe in a different classroom if you like, just let us know. After consultation between the classroom teacher and the administrator, parents will be contacted to finalize the enrollment process.
