Communtiy Workshops

Throughout the school year, MPA offers a variety of workshops and parenting classes for enrolled MPA parents and the community.  Class topics planned for 2009- 2010 school year are:

  • Montessori 101 - Practical Life and Sensorial Area
  • Montessori 101 - Language Area
  • Montessori 101 - Mathmatics Area
  • Montessori 101 - Cultural Area
  • Montessori at Home Panel of Teachers for Elementary I and II
  • Second Plane of Development the Changing Child
  • Elementary I Math; We teach the HOW, they figure out WHY.
  • Nutrition for all ages
  • How to Talk so Kids will Listen & Positive Discipline
  • Life in Middle School
