Curriculum

Our brand-new Young Child program is for children 2 and 3 years! Children will have access to a wealth of enriching Montessori materials in a nurturing, creative, consistent environment under the care of a Montessori Directress.

Just as in the Early Childhood program, there will be plenty of time for children to work with Montessori materials in each of the five classroom areas; Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math and Cultural, with a particular emphasis on the first three. The focus of teaching this age group is to help children develop skills leading them toward independence as well as helping them to discern, manipulate and categorize the world around them both verbally and through their five senses.
