This search comes at a poignant moment in our academy's history, as Mary Sue Reutebuch, our esteemed and beloved Head of School, faces a health challenge that necessitates transitioning from her current role.

We value a Head of School who can continue to inspire our vibrant teachers while nurturing and guiding our students' intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth. This educational leader will be a champion of Montessori education committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that welcomes families from all walks of life in the Rockford area.
